Belle was featured on the "Clear the Shelters" week at WBIR as a successful adoption!  Belle was an adult animal with a handicap.  This makes it more difficult for a dog or cat to be adopted.  She certainly has made a good fit with Carl and I and her "roomies"! http://www.wbir.com/news/local/outreach/clear-the-shelters/air-force-veteran-adopts-a-disabled-dog/278006181
